I made this end grain cutting board of Cherry and Padauk. A domestic species, Cherry is a hardwood that always looks remarkable because of its rich, beautiful color. I combined these two wood species to create an artistic design that my customers have told me is simply stunning to look at. I hand-rub each board with beeswax and mineral oil so it is food-safe and ready to use.
