1. Loosen the two screws on the black gear plate
- Remove two screws attached to the baffle plate with the matching wrench
2. Unscrew the gear plate (as shown in the picture)
- Remove the baffle counter-clockwise
3. Loosen the blade screws
- Remove the blade screws with a quad-wrench and replace the blade and tighten the screws.
